Archiving Policy

Works published in Cedid are digitally archived on the journal’s website. In addition, published works may be made openly accessible by their authors in the institutional repository of their affiliated university, in subject-based repositories, or in any other archive without an embargo period. Thus, everyone can access this publication immediately and free of charge.

The publisher of Cedid is pleased to announce its archive policy in line with its commitment to supporting the dissemination of research findings:

  • Cedid permits authors to use the final published version of a work (publisher’s PDF) for self-archiving (on the author’s personal website) and/or for archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
  • Authors may self-archive their works in publicly accessible and/or commercial subject-based repositories. There is no embargo period; however, the published source must be cited and a link to the journal’s homepage or the work’s DOI must be provided.
  • Authors may download the published version of their work as a PDF document. Authors may send copies of their work to colleagues without any embargo.
  • Cedid allows all versions of a work (submitted version, accepted version, published version) to be stored without embargo in an institutional repository of the author’s choice or in any other archive.
